Distributed Identity Infrastructure provides a common organizational layer for communication and digital presence while allowing individual members to retain independent roles and practices.
The system is designed around lightweight shared identity rather than centralized control, creating continuity across correspondence, projects, and future digital initiatives.
The infrastructure remains deliberately simple: durable enough to support growth, but restrained enough to avoid becoming an administrative project in its own right.
Initiative scope is intentionally adaptive. Work may be expanded, consolidated, or reclassified as practical requirements evolve.
