Knowledge Continuity Initiative
Development of durable methods for preserving context, decisions, and working knowledge across changing tools, projects, and participants.
Mandate
The Knowledge Continuity Initiative examines how practical information can remain accessible and intelligible beyond the moment in which it is created.
Work includes lightweight documentation structures, reference systems, decision records, and methods for carrying context across changing projects or tools.
The initiative prioritizes usable continuity over archival completeness, focusing on what future participants need in order to understand, resume, or extend ongoing work.
Initiative scope is intentionally adaptive. Work may be expanded, consolidated, or reclassified as practical requirements evolve.
